You may cancel your order before your device is picked up. Reach us at our helpline number +91 9696472255, +91 9696584966 between 11 AM - 7 PM (Monday to Saturday) to request for cancellation.

If you already made the payment online, the refund will be credited to the mode of payment within 7-10 working days.

Please note that once the device is picked up, order cancellation is not possible.
